These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mouthtaperoll.com and any purchase you make from us. The site is owned and operated by HITH LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Health and Safety Notice

Our mouth tape is a consumer sleep product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including sleep apnea.

Only use mouth tape if you can breathe comfortably through your nose. Do not use it if you have or suspect sleep apnea, have a respiratory or breathing condition, have nasal congestion or blockage, are under the influence of alcohol or sedatives, or have been advised against it by a doctor. Talk to your doctor before use if you have any health concerns. Stop using it and remove the tape if you experience difficulty breathing, discomfort, or skin irritation. Not intended for children.

2. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed at an incorrect price due to an error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We try to describe and display our products accurately, but we don't guarantee that every description, color, or image is error-free.

3. Shipping

Shipping times and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee are covered in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits that guarantee.

5. Use of the Site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
