Try it for up to 30 days after your order arrives. If it isn't the best mouth tape you've ever used, email us and we'll refund you in full. No need to send it back, and opened or used rolls are covered.

How to request a refund

Email info@mouthtaperoll.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number (or the name and email on the order). We'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. No return needed.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us before your order ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it ships, you're still covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
